Experience 1-2 Years
You will be consulting directly with the Owners/Presidents of construction companies helping them get their business’s systems and processes ironed out so that they can scale, shed responsibility, and turn their company into a black box that takes in projects and spits out profits.
These Owners/Presidents have companies in the 1-20MM range, and to date have been unable to unburden themselves. All decisions come down to them: they must check everyone’s work, they must be aware of everything that is going on, and they are tired. Using our system, you will methodically rebuild their business so that they can go back to being leaders and visionaries.
You will be sharing your construction experiences, helping develop templates and processes, implementing software, and training their employees to use the system you’ve created for them.
We are looking for experienced construction project managers and project coordinators with at least 3 years of experience.
We are looking for process-oriented professionals who have systematized their jobs, and are looking to make an impact on those who haven’t been able to.
The Office is located in Toronto near Islington Subway Station and you must be able to come in twice a week.
