Job Description

A person is required for a fast paced environment with lots of data entry. Applicant must be able to pay close attention to fine details with excellent computer knowledge and willing to learn new programs. The duties of the successful candidate will include assisting with daily record keeping and administration, along with receptionist duties such as answering the phone, dealing with walk in customers, doing quotes, and writing up work orders.

We will train a suitable candidate.
Hours are 8am – 4:30pm.
Salary based on experience

Requirements

– Efficiency in data entry
– Excellent typing skills
– Able to convert fractions to decimals
– Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word
– Filemaker knowledge would be an asset, but we will train
– Organizational skills, time management and prioritization
– Ability to maintain confidentiality
– Ability to take initiative
– Flexible and capable of adapting to change
– Great interpersonal and customer service skills
