Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Full-time, permanent

MAIN DUTIES

  • Daily bookkeeping
  • Monthly reporting and filing
  • Payroll
  • Customer relations
  • Contracting
  • Overseeing purchasing and sales
  • Duties will vary based on business needs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Very high attention to detail required
  • Accounting experience required, bookkeeping designation preferred
  • Quickbooks Software
  • Payroll
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Experience in a fast-paced office, preferably construction
  • Must be very organized and reliable
  • Must be able to work without supervision
  • Valid work permit required

WORKING CONDITIONS

Competitive wage plus 6% vacation pay, 35 – 40 hours/week
