Description and Responsibilities

Sea To Sky Window Cleaning was established in 1994 and has grown to be one of the larger window cleaning companies in the Lower Mainland. We employ a crew of 15 to 20 low and high rise window cleaners in a typical season, which mostly runs from March to October. However, this ad is for a Monday to Friday, full-time position, for the entire year.


This is a work-alone in a home office (ours) setting. It is located in Coquitlam (River Springs neighborhood), and the office is a separate and peaceful environment, without any fellow office employees (and therefore no “office politics”). You will be in contact with Property Managers and our Employees by email, phone, and text. We require someone whom we can trust, and who can type at least 50 w.p.m., is proficient in Word, Excel, and can work well with Sage 50 or Quickbooks. A pleasant and patient phone and email manner is required, though our interactions with our clients are generally of a low-stress nature.

If you are proficient in any or all of MS Access, Social Media (FB, IG, YouTube), CRM, WordPress or higher web development capabilities (we need to put up a new website), then your hourly rate would reflect that.

Previous experience in an office setting is also a plus, especially if you have managed other employees effectively.


Either on-the-job experience or the completion of an Office Manager certificate is acceptable. You will be tested to see what your current skill level is in typing, Word, Excel, and an accounting program.

The most important thing is having an attitude of wanting to learn and further your skills if you are lacking in them somewhat.


$25 to $40 per hour, depending upon skills, experience, and proven ability once you have started.
