Job Description

We are a small, family owned business in the Charleswood area seeking an Office Assistant for the upcoming season. We are seeking a self-motivated employee who enjoys a fast paced environment and works well under pressure.

As a first point of contact for our customers, you will be friendly and customer service oriented. You will assist customers by receiving information regarding their project, processing deposits and estimates, inviting customers to our office and helping to pick colours for their project. You will also be responsible for processing invoices and final payments.

Additional duties of the position include:

  • Entering invoices for accounts payable
  • Coding and entering credit card charges
  • Filing manufacturer rebate claims
  • Reconciling company fleet cards
  • Assisting with Safety paper work, ensuring it is complete and up to date
  • Creating new employee and sub-contractor packages
  • Additional duties as assigned

We are seeking someone who has a minimum 2 years of office experience and can provide a commitment of 10+ months. Reliability is a must for this position.

As we are not on a bus route, a vehicle is required for this position.
