Job Description

Description and Responsibilities

The Manager is an integral member of the operations of our locations. You will work closely with the owner of the store to ensure day-to-day operations are in order.

Overall store operations include:

  • Managing the team (recruiting/onboarding, creating schedules, managing their time off, sick leave, and time tracking)
  • Oversee inventory and merchandising
  • Manage financials, including bank drop-offs, formulating pricing, authorizing clearance sales
  • Oversee advertising, sales promotions, and display plans
  • Ensure a safe workspace for employees, and clean store floor for customers

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven retail and personnel management experience required
  • Excellent customer service insight, and a positive attitude
  • Proven organizational skills (scheduling, inventory management)
  • Experience with budgeting
  • Leadership skills, with training experience
  • No specific education required
