Job Description

Description and Responsibilities

  • Family, hiring 1 caregiver contractor for private live-in care for 1 ambulatory, elder lady with dementia
  • Learn and take command of specialized cognitive care lifestyle plan – Nutrition, Eldercare, Housekeeping, Driving, Exercises, Engage client in many aspects of daily living, enjoy cooking, music and books and crafts etc together

Requirements

  • Driver’s License, Food Safe, First Aid, prefer Registered Care Aid but not necessary, experience cooking healthful foods and special diets, willing to learn and take input from family as needed, eager to be part of a team, great communication skills including cooperation with other team mates, recording in day book, excellent command of English language, and speaking very clearly, experience with hearing loss, mobility and dementia care.
