Job Description

Duties vary from employee management, customer interaction,  and hands-on Landscape Maintenance

Spring, Summer, and Fall Job Description – Including but not limited to:

  • 4+ Years of Working Knowledge of Landscape Maintenance
  • The candidate will be expected to take part in the following (not limited to these activities); Spring Clean Up, Weekly Summer Maintenance, Grass Cutting, Fall Clean Up, Garden Bed Edging, Garden Bed Cultivating, Hand Weeding of Flower Beds, Raking, Blowing, Property Clean Up, Aerating, Slit Seeding, Top Dressing, Delivering Soils, and Mulch, in the Winter Plow and Salt operations.
  • Knowledge of various maintenance equipment; riding mowers, hedge trimming, line trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, edgers, tillers, hedge trimmers – not limited to this list

 

  • 2 or more years experience in leading crew
  • Ensuring staff meet safety policies
  • Ensuring Properties are Fully Serviced
  • Must be able to drive Pick Up Truck with Cargo Trailer, Valid Class G Drivers Licence Require
  • Maintenance and upkeep of vehicles and equipment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills as the ability to manage workloads – Lists must be completed each week within allotted timeframes

  • Dedicated to quality customer service. Goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

  •  LOVE PHYSICALLY WORKING OUTDOORS; This position requires the candidate to walk, stand, lift, and move for prolonged periods of time completing repetitive tasks.

 

Work Schedule

Spring, Summer Fall; Monday to Friday. Weekends are possible if deadlines warrant. A workday will generally be 6-12 hours, depending on scheduling and seasonal demands. (30 – 50 hours per week)

 

Compensation

  • $22.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on experience
