  • Seeking: General Manager for a MaidPro franchise in NASHVILLE, Tennessee, USA
  • MaidPro offers professional residential cleaning services North American wide

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily business operations, i.e.

-Managing schedules

-Answering phone calls/emails, connecting with new clients

-Training lower-level managers and staff

-Educating staff about products and protocols

-Evaluating performance and productivity

-Developing and implementing growth strategies

Requirements

  • Managerial Experience
  • Will not require managerial experience in the cleaning industry. Must possess a comparable skill set.
  • Driver’s Licence
