This position will require diligence, inventiveness, and strong problem-solving ability. Every customer’s situation is a bit different, and as you gain experience, you’ll need to apply everything you’ve learned to come up with creative fixes. The best people in this role care about the result of their work: they are punctual, thorough, responsible, and understand the importance of customer satisfaction.

Practically speaking, you will:
Assess and clear drains in commercial, industrial, and residential settings
Vacuum spills, grease traps, interceptors, etc.
Use drainage tools including snakes, push cameras, vacuums, augurs, etc.
Troubleshoot/problem-solve both expected and unfamiliar problems
Preventative maintenance
Work with team and independently

Must have qualifications:
None! But industry experience is an asset but not necessary. Your most important quality is your reliability and responsibility; you’re ready to learn and are willing to put in the work it takes to make sure jobs are finished right.
Valid driver’s licence
Clean driver’s abstract/record
Ability to drive confidently in high traffic areas in the GTA and throughout Southern Ontario
Physically fit and able to work physically

Assets:
AZ/DZ licence
Experience in a customer service role
Any plumbing/drainage experience
