Job Description

Ultimate Health Clinic located in Holland Landing is currently seeking an organized, motivated, and energetic individual with strong communication skills and experience in the office ideally in a medical (massage therapy/physiotherapy/Chiropractic) clinic to fill in a full-time position.

( Afternoons, Evenings, and Saturdays)
(With employee benefits insurance)

Responsibilities:
> Direct bill to most insurance companies
> Answer phones and direct calls
>Organize and schedule appointments
>Create and maintain filing, both electronic and paper
>Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
>Greet clients and assist them accordingly
>Provide information by answering questions and requests
>Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
>Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
>Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries
>Resolve administrative problems
>Photocopy and print out documents
>Office Cleaning, laundry, and restocking supplies

Requirements:
>Flexible to cover vacation for other administrators
>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
>Excellent written and verbal communication skills
>Strong organization and planning skills
>Proficient in MS Office – Word and Excel
>Minimum of (1) years of related experience preferably working within a medical clinic environment.
>Minimum of (1) years of related experience working with TELUS Health SSO, Provider Connect, Blue Cross, Claim Exchange.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends on selected days.
