Mainland Floral is a Wholesale Greenhouse in Aldergrove, in business since 1995.

We supply independent Garden Centres, Wholesale and Retail Florists in Alberta, Washington, Oregon, as well as closer to home in the Lower Mainland and the Okanagan.

We currently have an position available for a Class 5/Air 5 ton driver, to join our team of drivers

Description and Responsibilities

The main activities for this position consists of:

• Making local deliveries and pick ups in the Lower Mainland, mostly on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
• Product is picked up at the local greenhouse growers for delivery to the flower auction in Burnaby.
• Shifts on Monday and Wednesday start at 1 PM and ends when done, depending on the volume between 8 PM and midnight.
• The Saturday shift starts at 10 AM and finishes at around 4 PM.

Requirements

• This position is of a year round nature, and could be expanded with other work for the right candidate, if desired.
• The successful applicant has a clean class 5/air License, is fluent in English, and has a customer service oriented demeanor.
• As we consider drivers the ambassadors of our company to the outside world, we expect them to be polite and courteous.
