Job Description

We are looking for a positive, service minded and people loving Chiropractic Administration Assistant!

Duties include:

  • Primary Duties are administrative tasks with practice member files
  • Emails, Phone Calls
  • Online and In Person customer service
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Organize office and all workspace and storage areas
  • Practice Member Education, Accounts, and Care Management
  • Minor Insurance/Billing related work

Schedule:

Approximately 27 hours per week
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday appx. 8:30am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch) (Tuesday, Friday OFF)

This is a long-term position for someone who wants to work for a great company, serve the community and find fulfillment within their work.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to be coached and learn
  • Computer skills including Microsoft suite and Email

Pay:

20-23/hr – dependent on experience and progress through 90 Day performance review
*Revenue sharing structure also in place based on length of time in position which can take you to 27+/hr
