Job Description

Smart Garage Door is a small manufacturing and installation company with an exciting product. We manufacture residential and commercial Roll-Up doors that are quiet and space saving. We are constantly growing and are currently looking for someone to help us in our office as we sell more of our unique doors. Positive culture is very important to us and we are looking for an energetic and positive person to join our team.

Position Type: Full Time, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Description of Duties:
· Greet and handle client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
· Mapping and scheduling of client appointments: installation and service
· Manage and maintain filing system
· Maintain inventory of office supplies
· Accept and record payments with credibility

Skills and Requirements:
· Experience in a team environment
· Strong administrative/organizational skills
· Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
· Strong critical thinking
· Solid communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English is a necessity
· Must be able to multitask and work under pressure
